	Scotch Productions, Inc. was present to capture Santa Barbara's very special event. It was a beautiful day with a pleasant breeze to keep everyone comfortable. Here's just a short sample of what happened on the 4th. What a colorful and splendid parade it was. Quite unique were the Don Riders  a group of low rider bikes which had all been custom-built by their owners. There was even a Scottish pipe band and a group of Mini Coopers owned by Make It Work. Another smashing group was the Vesperados Scooter Club, mostly Vespa scooters tooling down State Street making much noise and looking very colorful. And now, look what we captured after the event! These were some young stick-happy youths who wanted more fun than the parade could give them.
